YSQG Basic Qigong Course-6 Sessions Basic Qigong Starter Course

YSQG is the training branch of the Qigong that we teach. Qi is Nature's Energy. Gong is the Practice or the routines one do to get  this natural Energy.

A product we created is to explain what is Qi, how to feel it and how to use it in 6 sessions of about 1 hour each. This Product is called YSQG 6 Sessons Basic Course

Level 1 - Set

Level 1  Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down   Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa

第 一 步功 - 捧气贯顶法

Objective to merge with External Qi for pushing Qi & Pouring Qi down - cleanse body and flowing Qi. Interchange of Qi.

Step 1  Beginning Step 起式 Qi Shi 

Step 2  Front Push Pull Side Lift Qi   前起侧捧气 Qián qǐ cè pěng qì 

Step 3  Side Push Pull Side Lift Qi  侧起前捧气 Cè qǐ qián pěng qì 

Step 4  Diagonal Lift Qi Up  侧前起捧气  Cè qián qǐ pěng qì 

Step 5  Return Qi 回气  Huí qì

Level 2 第二步功——形 神 庄 Xing Shen Zhuang Body Mind Method

Use of MIND Internal Energies to Clear BODY Internal Energies 

10 Steps of Level 2 :-

Step 1 Crane Neck, Dragon Head, Qi Rushes to the Sky  鹤首龙头气冲天 Hè shǒu lóngtóu qì chōngtiān 

Step 2  Contract Shoulders. Pull-in Neck, Clear Arms and Shoulders  寒肩缩项通臂肩 Hán jiān suō xiàng tōng bì jiān 

Step 3 Erect Palms. Separate Fingers, Stretch Meridians 立掌分指畅经脉 Lì zhǎng fēn zhǐ chàng jīngmài 

Step 4  Qi Intention, Drum Stir, Arms and Ribs Firm  气意鼓荡臂肋坚  Qì yì gǔ dàng bì lèi jiān 

Step 5  Bow Body, Arch Waist, Relax Du Meridian  俯身拱腰松督脉  Fǔ shēn gǒng yāo sōng dū mài 

Step 6  Rotate Waist,, Swirl Hips, Qi Return Dan Tian  转腰涮胯气归田 Zhuǎn yāo shuàn kuà qì guītián

Step 7  Level Feet, Open Hip, Separate Front Back   平足开胯分前后 Píng zú kāi kuà fēn qiánhòu 

Step 8   Knee Kneel, Top of Feet, Three Joints Connected  膝跪足面三节连 Xī guì zú miàn sānjié lián

Step 9  Spring Leg out, Flex Feet, Trace TaiJi  弹腿翘足描太极 Dàn tuǐ qiáo zú miáo tàij

Step 10  Return Qi, to One,  Turn Hun Yuan  回气归一转混元 Huí qì guī yī zhuàn hùn yuán
